    I'm thankful that I was able to get off of a very self-destructive path and turn things around. There was a part of me that thought I wouldn't ever make it back. It took about a year and a half to do so. Hope to continue making the right decisions. Thankful for this idea/motivation. Thank you for posting!! :smile:

    I was in the red the first three days of the week so I was thrilled to see a huge drop this week. I'm also thrilled with my NSV, I'm wearing my skinny jeans today... huzzah!!!

    Just for fun: What are you most thankful for in your journey to health? I am thankful for my boyfriend. He is extremely supportive and tells me daily how proud he is of how hard I'm working. If I hit my goal this month I'll be down 30 lbs since I started dedicating myself to dieting/exercising again (start date 8/24/13) and he has been a huge motivational booster to that number.
  • Very sad that my weight is the same :( My calories have been good, so I'm not sure what is going on! My scale has been STUCK at 183 for weeks!

    I am most thankful for getting healthier. I have a family history of heart problems. SO being able to have my resting heart rate change so much is awesome. I am also thankful that now I have enough energy to keep up with my athletic husband and nieces and nephew. :happy:

    Tuesday I was so happy got on the scale and was finally in ONEderland 199.4 Then yesterday gained 1lb back. I think it was fluid since I had been high in sodium. (I’ll blame it on that any way. HA) :laugh: Was down 0.2lb. this morning

    Just for fun: What are you most thankful for in your journey to health? I'm thankful for the group of gals I work out with in the mornings. I'd lost my weight and then stopped using this site. Big mistake. A long stressful year and bad eating habits and I've gained. I'm starting today to eat better and use this site faithfully to help hold me accountable.

    I am thankful for feeling physically stronger while I work on strength training. The muscle helps support my back (which has damage) and I have been able to do more things with less pain.
