What did or are you having for lunch today?

            I had a stuffed pepper - red pepper filled with lean ground pork, brown rice, salsa and a small piece of cheese.0

            Flat out with sundried tomato turkey, low fat cheese and low fat ranch dressing. Sometimes I add some chow mein noodles for crunch!0

            I never eat lunch o.o
I usually have a rather large breakfast, snacks throughout the day (such as a bag of measured out dry cereal, and yogurt/low sodium v8), then have a large dinner.
I find I tend to only crave more both in the beginning and end of each day, when I have more time to sit down and eat. If I try to reduce these portions slightly to allow for a bigger lunch, or if I try to cut back the snacking for one "square meal," I tend to go insane and crave food nonstop.

            My mini (2 hour) shift was smack over lunchtime, so I had a protein shake and muesli bar around 11:30 followed by a tin of soup at 2:30.

            I eat the same lunch every weekday at work: 24 Snyder's Sourdough Nibblers pretzels, 4 tbsp Sabra hummus, 1 apple, and if I still want something else, 1 EAS Myoplex Advant-Edge Carb Control protein shake.0

            School lunch in Korea: Daikon kimchi, boiled spinach, sticky rice, spicy cabbage soup. (all carb and starch and no protein)

            Nutri-system red beans and rice, one hard boiled egg, a boneless skinless boiled chicken breast and a dozen radishes.0

            A tuna melt and a cup of bean soup....0

Libby's - Cut Green Beans, 0.5 cup
Sargentos - Cheddar-Mozzarella-Cheese Stick, 1 piece
Giant Eagle - Maple Ham, 3 oz.0 - 
            Leftover homemade potato soup (recipe from The Pioneer Woman, google "perfect potato soup" and you should find it), minus the cheese and bacon. Heavenly.0

            Greek Yogurt Chicken, sliced cucumbers and ranch

            chipolte chicken flatbread from tropical smoothie cafe & a sunny day smoothie! hooray for coupons
 It's a very calorie-filled lunch though, idk if I'll be able to eat it all!                        0 - 
            Today I am having pineapple, a strawberry applesauce cup, and a serving of multi-grain crackers.0

            I am having a chef's salad from walmart (One of the small ones) and a diet Montana chicken boullion packet.0

            Stuffed Peppers! Pork tenderloin, diced tomatoes, a bit of onion, and faux rice (finely chopped cauliflower) in a red bell pepper, cut in half, with just a little bit of cheese on top. (8 grams for each bell pepper half.)0

            Leftover slow-cooked chicken and sweet potatoes with some freshly roasted portabella slices. I am one happy fat girl right now.0
