I'm 5ft 11. Starting out at 195 lbs. Goal weight is 149 lbs. I have only just begun. It's been just over a week and I can see by logging in my food journal where I consume those extra calories. Always at night. I'm hoping to reach 160 by spring. Will post some pictures soon.

213 was my highest known weight. I was a size 18. The after pic is what I'm working towards again. Maintenance is hard, and I'm up a few lbs from there. I'm currently 161, but the after pic is May 2013 at 155.

ETA: pic is still in my photobucket account, not sure what I'm doing wrong here...

I'm 5'11 & weigh 146 pounds. I wear size 3 & 5. I only have my profile pic from this summer when I weighed 143. I started lifting heavy (for me) at the end of summer & I've put on 3 pounds. I feel like I look better with the extra weight. A little younger & not so gaunt in my face. Good luck ladies!

You look absolutely stunning, very inspirational. I have a very similar build to yours and was never able to get bellow a 10, however When I'm back there ill be pretty friken happy haha
