Everyone is doing fabulous!!! Just don't stop moving!!!

So I went to the gym this morning. Did 20 minutes of speed intervals on the treadmill, but can't, for the life of me, remember how much I covered!!! :sad: I know it's more than 2 miles, but I just can't remember... :grumble::explode: :mad: So, I'll say 2 miles, but I know it was a bit more than that. Anyway, treadmill was followed with 30 minutes of upper body weights and ended with 20 minutes of speed intervals on the stationary bike on which I covered 6 miles.
I'm also adding 4 walking miles (yesterday).

Back to the cold for a couple of weeks and the walking is now invigorating! Finished up my stay in Florida with a bike ride, boy, I will be missing those rides.:ohwell:
Got off the plane on Sunday and my husband took me golfing, the drizzle was a good excuse to walk the nine holes. I think that was the last time for golf here in NH until next spring for me.

I'm back and well rested....a little too* rested if you ask me! :laugh: I'm seriously itching to get my burn on after work tonight!!!!!
