    how are you guys coming up with your goals? I see so many different goals!

    I just estimated how much I walk per day and multiplied by 6--gave myself a rest day. But I forgot to include strength training, so I guess I'll be over. I'll have to up my goal next week. Last week I just didn't count one workout, and I only worked out twice. But it's good to have a goal. It means I really have to get out there and do it!!

    I just look at how my previous week went. If I was able to make my goal then I try to push a little higher and set up a little higher goal. If I did not make the goal then I either aim for the same or a little less. It really depends on what I think my week is going to be like!

    how are you guys coming up with your goals? I see so many different goals!

    I keep a spreadsheet of my exercise and I did an average of 270 minutes of exercise a week in November, so I thought I would keep that for my goal in December. I really like being part of this group. It makes me get up and do something so I can keep posting minutes for the day, even when I don't feel like doing anything.
