You could always just let your body have one high calorie day. Just go back to your normal exercise routine. Your body likes it when you change things up.
Well, this weekend wasn't so great either...but from now on, I think I'll allow one high cal day per week. Or do you think that's too often? Once per month maybe?
Truth is, most days it's hard to even reach 1200. I eat healthy things throughout the day and I stay full. Usually. So, maybe it's not so bad.

Hows everyone doing on water? I have 2 bottles down - 25 oz each... heading back to the water filter to fill it again. Want to get all my water in at work... after my fillings I won't even be able to keep water in my mouth! haha

As silly as this sounds... somedays when im really behind on water... I grab my bottle and just chug... I make it a little contest for myself to see how much i can drink. Works for me
I've almost finished #5. I work till 6, so I plan on having at LEAST 3 more. AND I've had two 8oz. Bolthouse Farm smoothie drinks. Thanks Rach for finding those! I buy them by the 32 oz. bottles now!
I do the same thing with the chugging if I really need to get some water in. And I hope it's not just me, but when I drink--even normally--I gulp audibly. Like really loud. Always. It's kind of annoying. And gross to people around me I'm sure! Anyone else have that problem? Haha. I've tried to fix it, but I can't!0 -

You are so right, and I already made my first good choice of the day: instead of giving into the temptation of going out and getting my favorite breakfast crepe, I looked in my drawer and found some left-over oatmeal packets and had that, poured myself a big jug of water, and went to work. Thanks.

2 glasses of water down, about to go hit up 30 minutes of kickboxing if the little man will play by himself for that long and then maybe go for a walk tonight with the Mr. if it's not too cold out.0

Already done with 8 glasses, but that's because I didn't like my lunch. :frown: My mom bought me a couple of the "Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers" and I just tried the Grilled Vegetable Mediterranean. I washed it down with my last couple glasses of water and a peanut butter cup. Only about an hour later, and I'm already a little hungry again. :ohwell: I think I'll go buy a little bag of Sun Chips or something....0

30 minutes of kick boxing down. Had some low sodium tomato soup, 7 veggie chips and 3/4ths of a laughing cow light wedge that I gave the rest to my son. Lol. Trying to decide what to make for dinner. Vegetarian quesadillas or vegetarian hamburgers.. Either way my husband is eating healthy tonight, damnit!0

Down a pound and three inches around my waist. Feels good to see some changes but I'm still finding it touch to stick to my plans.
Hope to see 192 by Thanksgiving.

Went over my calorie goal, but I'm under maintenance so I'm still happy.
Attempted to work on my car some more but I need wire and things, but don't have a vehicle to go buy any. I feel stuck.0 -
had long john silvers and it was delicious!! and i didnt go over on calories. weighing in tomorrow to see where im at.crossing my fingers that i lose some poundage lol.:):smile:0

Morning ladies! It's Diwali today so I have the day off work! Woohoo!! Starting my morning off early though by going training to try and limit some of the damage that will be done later today with all the food! Off home to see the family for today and tomorrow before coming back to work on Sunday. Going to try and keep up with my water though and no fizzy drinks for me - well at least that's the goal!

Awe Rach, I'm sorry. I know you feel stuck, but try to keep your head up. It is good to cry sometimes, just try not to wallow in it. I have a tendency to do that when I'm down, and it's no good for you! I'm glad you're trying to be positive. Maybe something amazing will happen today that you can't help but smile at.

My bf and I have been through a lot in the short 6 months we've been together. From my sister kicking me out of her house while I was unemployed and leaving me in Texas with no one, to his job loss, to car problems, money problems, you name it. We're feeling pretty humbled today though, and thankful for what we do have. Sucks, but we know we'll get through it. I'm just so worn out. Just one thing after another, and I'm just drained. Sick of trying to figure out how to make things work.0

Oh and I went waaaay over my calories last night. Had pizza and chips/dip after I had already had dinner. A bit of a binge. At least I didn't touch the ice cream.
Not off to a great start this morning. Had soda for breakfast, and then walked to the gas station on my break and got a frappuccino and sun chips. Brought pizza for lunch because that's all I had at the apartment this morning.

This week has been a "bad" week for me.
I got TOM on Monday and ever since Sunday I just have been feeling so tired and drained. If I my TOM didn't come this week I would seriously think I was pregnant. Haven't worked out much nor logging my food. Trying to take it a easy on since my shins are still hurting. I also think my iron is low
I know if I had been working out I would so see 145 by now and met my "goal" but with this weekend taking a weekend trip with my hubs, I don't I would had seen 145 anyways LOL. I'm just going to enjoy this weekend and act like young college kids. Going to Nashville to watch a FL gator game. I'm sure my husband is going to want to do some drinking - I drink once in a blue moon. So I'm just going to enjoy the time I have w/ my hubs w/o my girls around.
Monday I do plan to get back on track!! I keep bouncing from 146 - 147.0 -
Starbucks this morning, eep, speech therapy with the baby, he gets his new ears turned on December 17th! 1/2 of a mango smoothie for lunch and about to go see if I can work off that Starbucks from 7:30am. Haha. Going to try and do some serious working out today. I know I probably won't this weekend and next weekend is out of the question since it's baby's birthday party. I'm tired and I just a nap. Here's to trying. :drinker:0

I entered what I plan to cook for dinner for my boyfriend tonight, including 2 glasses of Chardonnay, and I'm still under my calorie goal for the day!! :happy: Now if only I can refrain from snacking between now and then..... :indifferent:0

Havent been eating great lately and havent been working out either. Starting to feel defeated. Trying to keep with it and not give up. I am hoping when i start working next week that will help me keep my mind off food. Wish me luck. Over a year with mfp and stilll at the same weight as when i started...ughh annoying!!!0

The glands in the right side of my throat decided to swell up this evening, and hurt up to my right ear. Picked up some throat lozenges because I can never get that throat spray back in my throat! Haha. I refuse to be sick. Hurts so bad to swallow though. Had a couple bites of ice cream for dinner and gave up.0

Feel better soon Rach, that's how my 2week sickness started and with limited funds for a doc visit, it sucked!
I did 30 day shred yesterday, but I just don't have the energy to do it today. And food yesterday was had to log so I did a quick add calorie thing, I did the same for today because it's all being provided for us, so no clue what my actual count will be, but I have many more things to worry about.
Well, we made it through the wake last night, we were there for a total of 7hours. Watching my hubby hurt that much was hard to take in. The funeral is in 2 hours and I know it will be the hardest yet. Do me a favor and hug your families extra tight today.
