Am omelet with 1/2 tbs. coconut oil, 2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, onions, cherry tomatoes and 1.5 cups of steamed kale all mixed in. Some salt, pepper, and turmeric powder for flavor. Delicious!0

Ummmm.. I had a big cheese danish and a big blueberry muffin and peppermint mocha hot chocolate.. I don't normally have all that for breakfast lol but it's my birthday so I just want a day of yum lol0

But I normally have porridge sweetened with honey. I add sultanas if I know I'm going to be doing a lot of exercise that day.0 -
