OP, do you really think that everyone here is going to go read your profile before posting? Perhaps you should have mentioned your goals on here. Also, you still don't have to quit everything in order to be healthy. Last time I checked I was pretty healthy.
I don't assume others actions I only go by what I would do. I put out my info and if they do things correctly they will be on my friends list. If they aren't on my friends list then it is a win, win. Weeding out those who like chocolate from those who like vanilla kind of thing.0 -
