    I am doing this also for the month of January!!! I have been doing a hour of exercise a day so far.
  • Starting a little late, but going to see how much I can get in yet this month.

    Jan 1 - Push workout (21 mins), walking 4mph (9 mins)
    Jan 2 - walking 4mph (30 mins), jogging 5mph (10 mins)
    Jan 4 - 10 sets workout (40 mins), walking 4mph (34 mins), jogging 5mph (6 mins)
    Jan 5 - walking 4mph (30 mins), jogging 5mph (8 mins)
    Jan 6 - walking 4mph (30 mins), jogging 5mph (10 mins)

    3 hours, 48 minutes so far. Thanks for the challenge!

    Jan 7 - elliptical (5 mins), strength (60 mins), jogging 5mph (10 mins), walking 4mph (30 mins)

    Jan 12: 69 minutes (rounded up): 14.75 miles in 60 min. on the mini-bike plus a 0.75-mile, 8:32-minute run. (Went for a shorter, faster run this time.)

    I've only done about 45 minutes so far, but I'll do my best to hit it by the end of the month!
  • This was a bad week for me, I didn't do a lot, but mostly I'm more focused on my running than hours worked out, but I want to keep going with this and keep striving for the 24 hours.

    1/3 - 1 of 24 hours - 40 mins of running and 20 mins of walking.
    1/4 - 2 of 24 hours - 20 mins circuit training and 40 mins walking.
    1/7 - 3 of 24 hours - 35 mins running and 25 mins walking
    1/8 - 3.5 of 24 hours - 20 min running and 10 walking.
    1/12 - 4.5 of 24 hours - 30 min of Wii Zumba and 30 min of walking.
    1/13 - 4.5 of 24 hours - 40 mins running and 20 mins walking.
