I'm gonna fail to do the 24hrs but it's the most exercise I've done in a month so joining this challenge has certainly motivated me to do more.
That's a win in my book! :drinker: I feel the same way about the January Running Challenge. I'm running behind in that (pun intended) and will fall short of my goal unless I work in some walks over the next week. But my training for next month's 5K is right on schedule and I'm just thrilled to be doing this again.
Jan 25: 60 min., 16.9 miles on the DeskCycle plus 3.11-mile, 39:18-minute run.

Well, I was cutting it close, but I thought I would just about make it with my last 3 remaining gym sessions ( usually mon - wed - fri), but that core workout yesterday left me in no mood (or fit state :blushing: ) to do any resistance stuff today, so just 5+5 mins of gentle core work, a la fitnessblender, a 5 k run (25 mins, hurrah! one of my best times. Booooo! thus not a lot to add to the total :bigsmile: ) then 5 mins serious stretching. 40 mins in all.
300 mins left. I am cutting it close now, but, I have to admit, it's a great motivational tool. Plus, I have learnt loads about where I am fitness-wise, if you see what I mean,0 -
