    Today I started training for a half marathon so I did 3 miles on the treadmill!

    I did a cardio funk (dance class, like a hip hop version of zumba) class, with a 20 minute stat. bike warm up.

    Today is my much needed rest day! This week
    Monday - strength training
    Tuesday - kickbox cardio class
    Wednesday - strength training and kettlercise
    Thursday - rest
    Friday - strength training
    Weekend - one day strength training and one rest day

    Next week will be the same except Tuesday will be rest and Thursday will be body pump class.

    I HATE cardio so I tend to do classes 2 evenings a week and plyometrics in most of my strength workouts.
  • today was a 25 min aerobics session then 30 mins on treadmill doing 3min run/2min walk intervals for 5 sets plus a 5 min warm up. Was a good 205cals burned through the interval set and will do again!
  • I rode my bike to the beach and back! 40 minute round trip, sunshine, sea, sand! ; )
