    Had a long day today, 6 hours of driving, a long meeting and a business lunch, so really didn't feel like doing any exercise. However, this spured me on to the gym, 20 mins cross trainer, 30 mins weights / resistance, 35 mins treadmill running.

    Monthly total 24 Hours 5 mins!

    Just managed to crawl over the line. Roll on next month! :tongue:

    I did the 24 hours for the month of January. Starting the second week of January and completing it on Jan 30. I worked my butt off!!! But I did It!!!!

    final count 835 minutes on the treadmill 605 to go. Maybe next month will be better.
