I'm trying to stick to 1300 cal/day and exercise daily. So far last week, I have managed to lose my vacation weight. It's been a good week. However I splurged a bit over the weekend, so gained a bit back. It's all about balance.0 -
So for the month of February I am hoping to lose more than 5lbs. I have to buy a wedding dress in March (wedding in October) and I want to be as small as I can before ordering a size

Sorry this week's update is a bit late! Had my dad's birthday on the weekend and ate way too much Chinese food, which left me super bloated, so I was just giving that a couple of days to pass. Not a big loss this week, but it's all in the right direction. The weather hasn't been so hot this week, so last night I started c25k again This time, I'm sticking to it. Even if I need to repeat some weeks, I am not giving up this time.0 -

This is the result I have been anxiously anticipating as I have been consistent with my eating, sleep, water, exercise. I lose slowly so this is huge for me.
Those who are struggling please don’t give up. Stay the course: clean lean eating, regular exercise, drink lots of water, and get your beauty rest! Good things will happen, be patient & you’ll get there. I understand your frustrations & disappointments as I have them, too.
To those achieving their goals, congratulations. Stay the course and enjoy the happiness!!!!!!

Went with my daughter to Jackson, MS for Treble Song Performance last weekend and walked my tail off. HA So many stairs! Had a ball doing it. Only took the elevator twice, once when we checked into hotel with my luggage (when we checked out carried it out in 3 trips and walked down the stairs), and once when we went to pick up the girls because the stairs were blocked, (we walked back down though). I was really surprised with eating out I had lost. I tried to make good choices and I guess with all the walking it worked out. I wish I had stairs somewhere here that I could jog up and down. Mississippi College had stairs everywhere, and the school is on an incline everywhere you walk too.
