    I'll read through all these later. Here is my info for now

    5'5" (5 ft 4 and 61/64 inch to be precise)
    SW( 2012): 200 pounds
    CW: 183
    GW: 152-158 (depends on how toned I get and how I look in my "skinny" clothes :wink: ).

    Currently, I work out 5 times a week doing mostly cycling with some walking, rowing and weight resistance training included.

    I try to work out 5-6 days a week. Between my schedule and the weather I've slacked off this week. Time to start getting back into it!

    I'd first like to hit 150(68kgs) then move to 130 from there.
    Loooong way to go !! I have PCOS so the weight is definitely taking time to come off .. Fingers crossed !!

    I hate exercise but have been doing the Jillian Michaels 30DS a couple days a week.
    Mostly just replacing all unhealthy snacks with vegetables, portion control, and cutting down on processed carbs.

    I stationary bike, run (on the final week of c25k), elliptical, and strength train (thinking of starting strong lifts!). I try to exercise 5 or 6 times per week. :)

    Live with husband and 2 teenagers at home, 3rd child is away in college
    Have a full time, fairly sedentary job
    Enjoy yoga, fast-walking/slow jogging,pretty much hate weight training

    I've always been a fairly healthy eater and pretty active (yoga and gym workouts 3 - 5 times per week) and stayed slim without much effort until about age 40. I started to put on a few extra pounds a year after turning 40 and an extra 20 lbs has just crept up on me! Aiming to get back to my ideal weight of about 155 or 160 and stay there by paying more attention to what I'm eating and being more consistent about my exercise. Just started wearing a Fitbit and using myfitnesspal a few weeks ago and I've found it very helpful. I'd love to share tricks and tips, recipe/meal ideas, etc. with other busy, motivated folks who are trying to lose a few pounds and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

    I'm 27 (I'll be 28 at the end of the week) 5'3". Starting at 215, currently at 171 (2 lbs away from not being technically obese anymore!) with my final goal being in the 140s.

    I am a 33 year old ( 5ft 4") professional and mother of two boys with a husband that travels. I am currently at 189.2 and my goal weight is 140. I have started doing Zumba 35 min classes 3-4 days a week and 2-3 60 classes in the evening, since my instructor is gracious to let me bring my boys when my husband is away working.
    My problem areas are my Tummy as well as a little bit of everywhere else. I am a classic apple shape.
    I have been a member of this site since 2011, but only recently started interacting so I currently have no friends :sad: , LOL... Just kidding all my choice; however I am looking for support, because I don't want to go through another summer hating myself.

    Not twins but definitely relatives ;-)

    5'0 current weight is 173lbs (all time high for me)

    Goal is 125ish or size 3/5 in jeans

    I have acute asthma which I've just got under control so I've started C25K programme outside, on week 2! Can run 25/30 mins on the treadmill.
    When I get down to 154ish I plan to start weight lifting. (This is also because my gym is closed for a few months)
    I've done this weight loss thing before and fell of the wagon pretty bad, more than once. This time will be different.

    I'm a chocolate lover and usually allow myself a bit everyday. Just had to learn to not eat 17bars of it. ;)

    I'm gluten intolerant. I actually think its made my weight loss harder. I crave bread, pasta etc and often the GF alternatives are not very good for you at all.

    Looking forward to meeting some twins and shouting encouragement at you all!
