    Weight loss this month -- about 3#.

    I am forcing myself to see the bigger picture - it is a lifestyle change. I am refocused on pushing myself more to burn calories especially since I am more sedate during winter. I have 25 pounds to go, and it takes time, a whole lotta time. So I will go to the gym today even though I woke up to a snowstorm. If it doesn't stop soon, I will do some type of exercise at home. Then work it hard tomorrow at the gym. Life goes on, and I don't quit.

    I'm not doing too well updating here, but I have worked out every day this last week. I plan to weigh in at the end of the month (28th) which is Friday and a weigh in day for me anyway.

    with not many days left in February, will you be starting a March challenge? I did one last year in May 2012 (back when I was pregnant) and lost 22 pounds! (okay, I had a baby) ;)
    I'd love to get on board again and get focused. I have a goal in mind to reach by september and I'm not even close to reaching it!

    Have been at a plateau for a couple of weeks but am doing extra aerobics to bring myself down to my goal. Added lots more fresh veggies.

    Sorry to say I didn't make my goal. It was partly because I celebrated my birthday out of town visiting my Dad. It was fun though! We enjoyed sunshine, movies and eating out. I didn't weigh for a week, but I didn't quit either. Thanks for everyone's encouragement and sharing.

    I'm a little disappointed but last weekend was a work function where I ate and drank whatever I wanted. The next days were all about trying to get rid of all the water weight just from that one night... But, I am 1/3 of the way to my goal weight and now even more determined.
