    Sorry to say I didn't make my goal. It was partly because I celebrated my birthday out of town visiting my Dad. It was fun though! We enjoyed sunshine, movies and eating out. I didn't weigh for a week, but I didn't quit either. Thanks for everyone's encouragement and sharing.

    I'm a little disappointed but last weekend was a work function where I ate and drank whatever I wanted. The next days were all about trying to get rid of all the water weight just from that one night... But, I am 1/3 of the way to my goal weight and now even more determined.
