    Didn't make my goal weight but I am muscling up nicely and only 2.8 lbs from GW. Lowest weight yet since starting the plan in August!

    I didn't reach my goal weight for February. I only lost 2 lbs. this month but I'm gonna do better for March. =)

    2/22 - 213.5 [I've been hovering at 213.5 and 212.5 ALL week. Sort of wish the scale would just read a flat 212lbs lol]

    Total Weight Loss: 6lbs (or 8lbs if you're counting from 1/26). I set a goal of 210lbs by March 1st - missed the my goal by a pound but my waist drop an inch. I'm pretty satisfied.
