    Looks like I'll blow this once right out of the water! Not sure I can keep this up for the month. I'll do my best. Maybe I should up my goal. I'll do this month at 180 and see what happens.

    Okay, I'll try for 400 minutes a week!

    It's not going to be easy; I face some challenges:

    - I'm recovering from multiple bilateral pulmonary embolisms (blood clots in both lungs)
    - I'm 63 years old
    - I smoked for 47 years, quit this January!
    - I was run over by a car 12 years ago, had my left knee broken and both ankles, and all those joints have arthritis now.

    But I'm going to try, because my other choice is to lie down and die, and I'm not ready for that yet!
