    I actually did 3 days in a row and I'm having enough problems walking right now. I did 55 minutes on Sunday before this challenge started.

    My nutritionist and other fitness plan start on Thursday. This is the one that starts on Monday. If it started on Sunday instead of ending on Sunday I would have included the extra 55 minutes.
