    3/8, 10.0, OUTSIDE!! =)

    Options
    Anyone have any advice for stretching your piriformis muscle? I've been stretching but it is one angry knot of pain and won't let go!!

    Completed Week 5 Day 3 of 10K Trainer. Ran 20 minutes straight tonight!!

    3/8 3.14 miles C25K The dreaded week 5 day 3 run of 20 minutes. I accidently ran for 26 minutes!!! Frack I'm proud!

    I saw a youtube video about foam rolling that hit the piriformis. I have no idea where I saw it. Perhaps Pigeon pose?

    After 3 rest days due to being mega busy, I managed 3.2 miles today. Same again tomorrow hopefully!
