    1 T. allouette garlic cheese light spread
    16 baked potato crisps
    2 oz. light turkey
    2 oz. light Jarlsberg cheese
    8 oz. green tea

    I'm stuffed too. 309 calories :heart:

  • I had turkey waldorf salad with yogurt instead of mayo on saltines with cabots seriously sharp cheddar cheese. It was REALLY yummy.

    Today I'm having 1 cup of my homemade black beans, 1/2 an avocado, 4 oz of grilled chicken breast, about 200 grams of mixed veggies, 2 Tbsp of bolthouse blue cheese yogurt dressing for dipping, 1 flour tortilla, and probably a cup of tea.

    1/2 cup of penni pasta
    8 oz of chicken fried in a skillet
    1/4 cup of kraft mexican blended cheese
    1/2 cup spag sauce
    2tbsp of parm cheese

    the chicken is soaked in lemon juice for about 2 hours before stir frying it

    Smoothie with 1 small head of green leaf lettuce, 2 bananas, 2 cups of strawberries, a handful of ice cubes and 2" water in my blender. I also had 4 medjool dates on the side.

    Leftovers from dinner: Johnsonville Turkey Sausage with Cheese, Mushroom Risotto, and a pudding cup.

    Normally I have a Lean Cuisine type meal, a light string cheese, and a pudding cup.

    Corned beef sandwich (2 oz) on Pepperidge farm thin bread and veggie chips. Nothing exciting, but we still had corned beef left from Monday and it sure is tasty!

    What I eat for lunch almost every day:

    1/3 cup chopped baby carrots, mixed with 1/4 cup tuna and a little salt(sometimes a little lemon juice, as well),
    1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese and
    1 orange.

    My typical lunch consists of a boneless, skinless rotisserie chicken breast, a large honey crisp apple, and Baby Bel Light Cheese. Sometimes I mix it up and add the chicken to romaine lettuce, shredded cabbage, sliced almonds, a few wonton strips and Open Nature Asian Ginger Sesame Dressing... SOOO GOOD!
