I had turkey waldorf salad with yogurt instead of mayo on saltines with cabots seriously sharp cheddar cheese. It was REALLY yummy.0

Today I'm having 1 cup of my homemade black beans, 1/2 an avocado, 4 oz of grilled chicken breast, about 200 grams of mixed veggies, 2 Tbsp of bolthouse blue cheese yogurt dressing for dipping, 1 flour tortilla, and probably a cup of tea.0

My typical lunch consists of a boneless, skinless rotisserie chicken breast, a large honey crisp apple, and Baby Bel Light Cheese. Sometimes I mix it up and add the chicken to romaine lettuce, shredded cabbage, sliced almonds, a few wonton strips and Open Nature Asian Ginger Sesame Dressing... SOOO GOOD!0
