Hot turkey and cheese sandwich and barbecue chips. :-)0

A 2 egg(whole) omelet with salsa and cheddar and rye toast.0

A slim fast bar. They have a lot of sugar but I'm a tax preparer so I grab what I can when I can. 200 Calories, very filling.0

Sadly today just a basic tuna sandwich. 220 calories with the sara-lee 90 calorie wheat bread0

Chipotle salad with lettuce, carnitas, black beans, fajita veggies and mild salsa - 390 calories - yum0

i had
half a baked sweet potato
1/2 a cup of quinoa
and
113g of chicken with some gluten free teriyaki sauce on it
with my usual cup of green tea
more or less 300 awesome calories that will keep me full all after noon0 -
Now that I have a family I tend to eat a lot of leftovers. But when I can I plan a weeks breakfast and lunch out on the weekend and prepare it on Sunday. I’ll make protein pancakes for the morning and chicken breast with a veggie for lunch, put the lunches in a separate container so I can grab and go.

Hi! I'm new to this web page/forum. I had the Oscar Meyer P3 with the Turkey, cheese and peanuts. Not much but Im trying to do the "eat 6 small meals a day" thing and still stay with in the 1,315 calorie a day mark. Not easy!0
