I went to Noodles & Company and had the Japanese Pan Style Noodles, Small, with Chicken and a Side Salad with Fat-free Asian Vinaigrette.

I'm eating my homemade tuna salad with a nice spicy kick to it and 5 whole wheat crackers for lunch.
My tuna salad recipe has
1 can of wild tuna drained and crumbled,
1 hard-boiled egg chopped,
1 teaspoon of diced red pepper,
2 tablespoons of sweet pickle relish,
1/8 cup of miracle whip,
1/8 cup of Louisiana's Fish Fry Remoulade.
I stir it all up and add paprika on top. I eat mine with crackers but you can eat it on bread or with lettuce, your preference.

My lunch was just a microwaved Kashi Chicken Pasta Pomodoro. Not bad for something healthy (19g protein, 6g fiber).0 -

and three tablespoons of light yogurt with two tablespoons of crunched up raisin bran granola but i havent added that up yet. Should do it now!

Total of 160 calories. Light lunch because I had two breakfasts I am also a creature of habit so every other day I have an egg white omelet loaded with veggies and a slice of sarah lee 45 calorie whole grain toast, or a cup of greek yogurt with fresh fruit mixed in.0
