I'm eating my homemade tuna salad with a nice spicy kick to it and 5 whole wheat crackers for lunch.

    My tuna salad recipe has

1 can of wild tuna drained and crumbled,

    1 hard-boiled egg chopped,

1 teaspoon of diced red pepper,

2 tablespoons of sweet pickle relish,

    1/8 cup of miracle whip,

1/8 cup of Louisiana's Fish Fry Remoulade.

I stir it all up and add paprika on top. I eat mine with crackers but you can eat it on bread or with lettuce, your preference.

    Oooooooo Louisiana's Fish Fry Remoulade

That tuna salad from Pirate_chick sounds good.

My lunch was just a microwaved Kashi Chicken Pasta Pomodoro. Not bad for something healthy (19g protein, 6g fiber).

  • and three tablespoons of light yogurt with two tablespoons of crunched up raisin bran granola but i havent added that up yet. Should do it now!

    That sandwich sounds great:smile:

Four slices of Butterball thin sliced gourmet low sodium turkey breast rolled up with asparagus spears and all natural sun dried tomato hummus, eight baby carrots, one red pear. Total of 160 calories. Light lunch because I had two breakfasts :) I am also a creature of habit so every other day I have an egg white omelet loaded with veggies and a slice of sarah lee 45 calorie whole grain toast, or a cup of greek yogurt with fresh fruit mixed in.

    No such thing.

One should only have breakfast 4 or 5 times per day.

I want to live a "Hobbit-life." Every day should include at least one SECOND BREAKFAST!
