Smoked salmon and kale Carbonara with saffron linguine using a recipe I adapted from a recipe on Crumblycookie.net. About 300 calories for this because it uses easy mac powder and raw beaten egg added to the cooked pasta instead of cream and cheese.
Experimental "mini cupcakes" I made using flour, egg white/soda, sugar free chocolate syrup and fat free yogurt. Kinda a fail cause I didn't mix the dairy and the soda first like you do with scone recipes. Then the soda/egg trick didn't work for some reason, mb cause it was Aldi soda not Kirk's. I think the calories for the whole thing is like, around 500. Edit: only half the batch is shown.

Hardboiled egg in red pepper, greek yogurt with an apple, cinnamon and honey
Egg and shrimp salad
Wasa Fiber crackers with eggs, tomato and an apple
Greek yogurt with muesli, pineapple and blueberries
Dinners:
Huge chicken stir fry
Wolf fish with veggies and sweet potato
Chicken with tomatoes and sweet potato/apple/spinach fritters

Breakfast - Pork and apple sausages with Genius seeded bread, 2 egg and beans.
Lunch, Salmon with beans and beetroot salad.
Dinners - (these are not every day dinners, we usually eat big on Sundays)
Beef Roast, duck fat potatoes, yorkshire pudding and veggies.
Chicken legs and thigh, sweet potato slices, macaroni cheese, yorkshire pudding and veggies.
Chicken Roast, yorkshire pudding, rice and peas, macaroni cheese, cauliflower and broccoli cheese, beef and mushrooms and roasted veggies.
Lamb roast, curried chicken, macaroni cheese, cauliflower cheese, rice and peas, sweet potato, roased veggies, yorkshire pudding and a chipolata.
(always plently of gravy brits I know you will hate the thought of rice and macaroni on a roast, my apologies, we are Caribbean)0 -
