    Calories eaten per day - 1850 + exercise
    Calories burnt per day - Depends on the day - yoga day is about 155, circuit training is about 440. Saturday I jogged 8 miles and got about 1000 :wink:
    Goals - Getting stronger and more fit. I'm pissed at the scale right now, so I've decided to focus on this. My original goal weight was 165.

    Exercise - Average about an hour of exercise 6 days/week. I do at least one Jillian DVD workout 6 days a week. Then I either do another Jillian workout or jump on the treadmill for another 30 minutes, depending on time. Can't wait for warmer weather so I can get outside and exercise! I don't do well in the cold!

    Daily calorie intake - I average about 1600 - 2000 calories.

    My goal now is to continue to tone and build more muscle definition.

    I burn about 200 cals on an average day but over 500 on running days.
    So far I'm losing 1 lb a week and looking slimmer. I'm pretty happy with my results.

    I net 1500 calories a day (or try to)

    I lift, I run, I elliptical.
    I'm trying to get into a routine with some beachbody workouts. I'm trying to get down to a healthy BMI and then see how I feel. I'm more about building muscle.

    BUT I'm at a standstill weightloss wise.

    I eat around 1470 NET (I eat back almost all of my workout calories) and that is to lose .5 lbs per week.

    I exercise 4-6 times a week.
    My goal is to no longer be morbidly obese, ultimate goal is to look like someone who works out so I don't get asked "do you still work out?" Also, to get off bp meds, strengthen my core, and overall health and wellness!:)

    I am set at 1430 calories per day on rest days, but on run days, I can burn up to 1,000 calories. I do my best NOT to eat many of those calories back because it is too easy for me to justify eating ALL of them back!
    I try to run at least 4 days a week, with a long run on Saturdays.
    I eat mostly vegetables and protein, and find that I do much better when I limit carbs.

    Goal - BF% of btw 24-22 %
    1600 - 1800 Calories depending on the workout.
    W.O. Heavy Lifting (progressive loading) 3X week and I walk 2-3 X a week.
    I am thinking about starting Strong Lifts 5x5 soon.

    GW: 160ish? My goal on MFP right now is 170 just because I like giving myself shorter term goals as I go along.

    MFP is currently giving me 1,470 (I think? it literally just changed today) to lose a pound a week.

    It's so hard to know what you "should" weigh and what will look good when you're tall. My boyfriend loves me where I am right now and doesn't want me to lose anymore - he actually prefers me with a bit more weight. BMI wants me at around 168 to be at the top end of the "healthy" range.

    I just started back up with dieting and I eat about 1700-2000 calories mostly due to the fact I do quite rigorous exercise, meaning I go to the gym 8 times a week and I dance 3-4 times a week. Most days I burn off around 600-700 calories with exercise and I am generally quite active during the day. I find it very hard to maintain weight when I get down to the 120s my body just always wants to be this weight regardless of what I do!

    Thin frame so tend to stay between 120-125 lbs, but really start to look unhealthy without muscle tone and exercise.

    Calories burnt per day: I shoot for 200-400 burnt through exercise, which usually consists of Jillian Michaels workout videos and/or jogging to the Zombies, Run! app.
    Goals: Ditch the blerch, then pack on the muscle in its place!
