Has anyone made these and frozen them to be reheated in a toaster oven for a quick snack? Just wondering how they held up being frozen.
whenever I make these, I make a HUGE batch to freeze, and the toaster oven is a perfect way to heat them, they hold up very well in the freezer0 -

Wow, these look great. Think I'll half the recipe and then only use two eggs. Can you buy shaved Parmesan cheese or do I have to do that myself? (only Parmesan I'm used to is the pre-grated kind) haha!0

I buy fresh grated Parmesan at Publix (which is a grocery store in FL) so I'm sure you could buy it there. At Publix, it;s by the Kraft and Sargento cheese and not in the deli.0 -
