Two slices of white bread toasted, slathered with butter. :glasses:0

fried egg on top of 2 deli slices of chicken and toast topped with feta cheese and a cup of coffee with Almond Joy Creamer.0

Smoothie made with greek yoghurt, coconut water, scoop 180 nutrition protein and banana...kept me going until lunch time.0

4 slices of bacon, 3 sunny side eggs, and half a gallon of water...and a couple of Flinstone gummy vitamins.0

Today was a cup of coffee, and a coffee cup muffin. Oldie but goodie.
Combine in large coffee cup:
1/4 c oats
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp brown sugar
tiny bit of vanilla extract
Mix in 1/4 cup blueberries & 1 whole egg. Microwave 2 min.
I like it turned out onto a plate/bowl with a little bit of sugar free syrup. Sometimes I also add chopped nuts before eating, but didn't today.0 -

2 eggs scrambled egg in 1 tsp of coconut oil with 5 grape tomaotes sliced on top. Plus a bananana and a bottle of diet pepsi. Total calorioes are 296 and I'm full.0

Egg yolk (in a bowl with the same diameter as my English muffin and microwaved for 1:15 at 70% power.)
1 slick of fat free cheese
2 slices black forest ham

Oatmeal with cinnamon and a teaspoon of honey, a banana with 2 tbs of peanut butter, and a small glass of skim milk. That all totaled out to just over 500 calories! I ate 4 hours ago, and still feel satisfied! That's the power of a healthy breakfast!0

Instant oatmeal (Market Pantry Apple Cinnamon reduced sugar), one of those little snack boxes of dried cranberries (1 oz), about 1 cup of coffee with 1.5 tablespoons of flavored creamer. I'm thinking I'll make baked oatmeal muffins later this week though. Mmm...oatmeal. ::om nom nom nyom::0
