Eggwhite omlette cooked in coconut oil, with lowfat cheddar cheese and fresh dill inside; topped with homemade chili and some salsa. Two slices of wholegrain bread and butter. Coffee with creamer and sugar. Damned delicious.
Can you believe all that fits into my calories AND my macros?? I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't tested it out in my food diary before cooking for the day.0 -

Well on Sunday (the OP date), it was BLT with fried egg. But today, was a cup of low fat cottage cheese and 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks. It's like having dessert for breakfast!0

Gah, this morning I pigged out on a bunch of smoked ham slices wrapped up with extra sharp cheddar and beer mustard and bread and butter pickles in a tortilla. It was about 350 cals of amazing!0

4 slices of bacon, 3 sunny side eggs, and half a gallon of water...and a couple of Flinstone gummy vitamins.0

Today was a cup of coffee, and a coffee cup muffin. Oldie but goodie.
Combine in large coffee cup:
1/4 c oats
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp brown sugar
tiny bit of vanilla extract
Mix in 1/4 cup blueberries & 1 whole egg. Microwave 2 min.
I like it turned out onto a plate/bowl with a little bit of sugar free syrup. Sometimes I also add chopped nuts before eating, but didn't today.0 -
