    2 eggs scrambled egg in 1 tsp of coconut oil with 5 grape tomaotes sliced on top. Plus a bananana and a bottle of diet pepsi. Total calorioes are 296 and I'm full.

    All for total of 272 calories!

    Oatmeal with cinnamon and a teaspoon of honey, a banana with 2 tbs of peanut butter, and a small glass of skim milk. That all totaled out to just over 500 calories! I ate 4 hours ago, and still feel satisfied! That's the power of a healthy breakfast! :)
