I have at least 60 to lose, though I'd like to lose more than that.
I have Hashimoto's so it's a REALLY slow process to lose weight, if I even can lose any more :laugh:0 -
I'm back after an almost 2 year vacation, I have a lot of work to do, but now I have a supportive husband at my side (LDR before, which made diet/exercise difficult when we were traveling constantly), and a more stable schedule (no longer working and doing grad school both full time) and I know I will be successful this time around.
I'm always looking for more friends/support, I like MFP friends that have similar goals as myself, it is nice to see how other people are staying on track/eating/working out. My goals are to figure out what a healthy lifestyle for us means and to loose over half of my weight in a healthy way.0 -
Hoping for friends for support/motivation/*kitten*-kicking/heckling, whatever the moment requires! I quit smoking 7 weeks ago, started a couch to 5K program 6 weeks ago, and am slated to get married next year. I am fighting the urge to eat copious amounts of candy and cake, and am learning to do so constructively...
I'm lookin' at losing 80lbs ideally, but have set my sights on 50 for now... I've had a lot of life changes this year (all for the better), so I'm trying to be realistic and optimistic, not an easy goal!

I'm Kirsten. I'm kind of just starting out... again. Couple of years ago I went hard and lost a bunch of weight, but then I was told I had arthritis in both my legs, stopped caring, couldn't work out the way I enjoyed (was doing kickboxing etc) so I ballooned back up and gained it all back and then a few more pounds (silly me, when I have bad legs). I'm currently 219 lbs at 5'2. Looking for some people to keep me inspired!0 -
