Hi!! Add me. I'm getting ready to start t25. I was doing insanity and finished week 2 when I saw a infomercial on t25 and decided I wanted to try that. I a mother and 25 mins is time I have..i do the workouts after my son goes to sleep. Anyone going to do t25?0

I've been a member of MFP in the past under a different username but back as I've gained back some of the weight that I initially lost.
I'm 41 years young, 5'2.5" and currentky weigh 10 stone 2 (142lbs). My goal weight is around 9 stone (126lb). I could do with some support and motivation to help reach and maintain my goal.0 -

The best advice I can give you is to exercise at least 30 minutes 5x a week. Exercise helps cut your appetite and revs your metabolism. It doesn't have to be complicated, just walking is fine. Make it fun by taking your tunes to listen while you walk. The time flies.0
