I'm resisting the urge to kick myself for not logging anything yesterday. I didn't even log in to MFP at all, either. I lost my 150 day logging streak. But, that just gives me a new goal. I will log and log and log until I hit 150 days again...and surpass that!

So, a day late on my Thursday Truth....I had time to log yesterday, but was feeling the laziest I've felt in a looong time. I did nothing for almost 3 hours yesterday afternoon, sleeping for much of the time. Maybe I'm sleep deprived....I haven't been getting my zzz's like I planned to this month in my goals. Trying again in June, I guess.

I was supposed to run yesterday, but....see above....I was lazy. Debating about running tonight....at least a little bit to kind of make up for it. I usually do my long run on Saturday mornings, so I don't want to kill myself tonight since I'll be pushing hard tomorrow.

I did make some time and put some energy into making German chocolate cake mix cookies yesterday, though. Geez...what an unhealthy day. At least I didn't take up smoking or drive recklessly yesterday....I did make SOME healthy choices! LOL!

Holiday weeks are crazy. I think at least two of you mentioned that this week feels unusually long. I feel it, too. On top of that, I have to work this weekend, so my "work week" won't be over until my next day off...6/5. Sigh.

Congratulations to those with losses this week....FeraFilia- Your first 10! Keep it up! and Jenn- 50 lbs!! That's freaking fantastic!

Robin- Enjoy your new shoes! I'm glad you were able to get fitted in a pair that feels so good.

Maybe I'll be back later to add some more to my May miles!

Oh, and Skinnyjeanz- It's too bad you had to leave for Switzerland after 25 days on 30DS....you were just 5 days away from being completely shredded! LOL!

    Mileage

    5/30: 6.1 miles

    Total: 155.7

I'm going to do something a bit different for my June mileage goal. (I'm going back to concentrating more on strength training and a bit less cardio next month... 150 miles this month and the scale and tape measure have hardly moved). I'm going to make a mileage goal for running only. I'm going to start with 25 min runs 3 times per week and gradually lengthen my time as my legs and hips let me progress. With a week of holidays I may only run once during that time. So I will make a goal to RUN 25 MILES in June.

I did it. I went for a short run after work....and was "attacked" by a tiny pack of dogs. So cute and so excited to see me trot through their neighborhood! The owner was a little worried that they were scaring me, but I was just worried I was going to stomp on someone's tiny paws!
And it was hot....hopefully tomorrow morning when I go for my long run it will be cooler and easier.

    5/29: Rest Day
    5/30: 1.97 miles completed!

I am also in the same boat with being tired this week. I have been exhausted for the last couple of days. The short weeks always seem so long.

Congratulations to all of us. The mileage is impressive.
Friday fitness-I am enjoying water aerobics much more than I thought I would, and I feel good about mixing my exercise up a bit.
Today I went over to my friend's place to help her get started with MFP. Her sister, also a friend, joined us. It was really fun, and I think they will go with it now. I will continue to encourage them all I can.
My mileage for today, (combined water aerobics and walking) 5.6 miles.
Enjoy your weekend. Onward and downward. Kaye

    Hi guys! :flowerforyou:

@laurie--thanks for the mileage update--I can confidently say that I won't reach my goal. I will do 3 miles tomorrow morning running my 5k and perhaps 2 more walking gunner when I get home; then I will start fresh for June. I think I will stick with the same goal of 80 miles. I thought about increasing since I'll be off of school after 6/12, but then I realized I will lose a week at the end of the month when I leave for vacation on 6/24. So essentially my goal is 80 miles in 23 days.

@jenn--congrats on reaching 50 lbs lost!! That's amazing and congrats on the clothing NSV!:drinker: :drinker:

@tom--whiskey and I are NOT friends! Is there a World Rum Day? Oh wait, I think that's everyday for me.

@hansea--yes if on;y I had finished those last 5 days...

@fera--woohoo to 10 lbs lost! :flowerforyou:

I'm super tired, but I will check in tomorrow after my 5k and let you all know how it went.

    Grading Goals:
    1.45/52 Junior research papers

    Exercise goals:
Mon--walk gunner DONE + yard work DONE
Tues--walk gunner NOT DONE (rain) + gym NOT DONE
    Wed--walk gunner RAN OUTSIDE INSTEAD
Thurs--walk gunner DONE + gym NOT DONE
    Fri--rest day WALKED GUNNER
    Sat--Animal House Shelter 5k
    Sun--walk gunner + gym

    Goal Mileage: 80 Miles

    5/26 = 3 miles
    5/27 = 0 miles
    5/28 = 3 miles
    5/29= 2 miles
    5/30= 2 miles
    5/31= miles

Good morning MFPers. Happy World No Tobacco Day! :drinker:

Karen- National Rum Day is celebrated on August 16th annually. I think they made it in the summer so teachers could have a great time and not have a school day the next day. National Rum Day is not to be confused with National Hot Buttered Rum Day which is January 17.

Yeah made my goal of 85 miles!

Hi everyone, although I am not new to MFP, I am new to this topic, and am DEFINITELY new to posting ! This is my second reply ever. I haven't read through everyone's stuff just yet, but I will. What I have seen so far is exactly what I need, in this thread. You all are an inspiration to me. If you can do it, I can do it. God Bless you all for your support, your helpful hints, and for not letting me feel so alone. And I thank God for the continued success that I know we will all share !

stm1961- Welcome to the thread! :flowerforyou:

Tom- I am SO celebrating National Rum Day in August. 8/16 happens to be my dad's and my grandma's birthdays! Also, ironically, I'm working the urgent care this morning and a young, 8-month pregnant, current smoker has come in to be treated for dog bites....hope someone told her it was No Tobacco Day!
    Congrats on your 85 miles!

Skinnyjeanz- Good luck with your 5K! I know you'll definitely hit 80 miles next month. :drinker:

Kaye- Glad you've encouraged your friends to start MFP. I hope it works for them, too! Also, congrats on your super mileage this month...I think we all did a good job pushing each other towards our goals.

Laurie- Thanks for the mileage update. Wow! We have some awesome movers on this thread! I'm looking forward to figuring out my goal for June tonight.

To add to my May mileage:
    5/31- 6.73 miles completed!

I went for my long run this morning, and it ended up being about 3/4 of a mile longer than I thought it was going to be...new route, and mapmyrun wanted me to take the road where I decided to take a still-under-development trail...lots of zig-zags which helped add to my mileage. Anyway, it was the longest run I've ever done, AND I even picked up my pace for the second half. I finished 8.5 minutes sooner than I would have at my usual pace! Woo hoo! How's that for a Saturday NSV?

Ah, Saturday. So good to see you again!
My NSV: This time around, I don't feel deprived even though I count every calorie. In fact, I'm feeling full sooner than I have before.

Oh! I also managed 1.25 miles this morning, but walking. I'm not a runner, not with these bad knees.

Hope the rest of the weekend is great for y'all!

I think we've done amazing during the mileage challenge, I'll definitely be increasing my goal for June!

Just got home from the gym, ran into a couple I know thru my trainer and old gym. Did the hill interval program, running the flats, while watching the end of The Proposal and beginning of The Rainmaker--love the cardio theater area! Now time to finish up a grocery list, then stop by urgent care place for x-rays from last week (see orthopedist on Monday), pet store, and then get grocery shopping done--all before the rain hits (fingers crossed). Then I may go by redbox for a movie, although I need to continue to work on my trainer's new website for his studio tonight.

@Karen~Hope your 5k went well this morning, I know you did awesome!

    @Hansea~Awesome run and NSV today!

    Welcome to the newlings!

@kelley--hope you get good news from the ortho on Monday. Also hope you beat the rain today. Woohoo--you broke 100 miles! :flowerforyou:

@mzfrzz--great job with the mileage! We have lots of walkers in this thread--some who also have knee issues or have had replacements.

@hansea--that's a marvelous improvement in your pace! :drinker:

@tom--I will have to mark my calendar. Actually, that weekend in August is always the Milwaukee Irishfest, so I have been inadvertently celebrating for years. Nice job meeting your goal!! :drinker:

    Saturday Success:
Well I completed my 5k in about 37 minutes--the official results haven't posted to the website yet. It's not my best time, but I wasn't expecting to do great since I haven't been running much lately. My friend from work and her mother did it as well. Her mom placed 2nd in the "women over 60" category. She is 71 and finished in about 47 minutes--we were so proud of her!

Afterwards I went shoe shopping and found some cute semi-dressy, but comfy shoes to wear with sundresses to all of these summer weddings. They are an off-white fabric peep-toe with a sisal wedge heel. I will wear them to an engagement party tomorrow to test out the comfort level.

Now I'm off to finish the last 7 junior research papers before I meet some friends for dinner. We are all staying at one girls house tonight afterward, so I probably won't get back on here until tomorrow.

    Grading Goals:
    1.45/52 Junior research papers

    Exercise goals:
Mon--walk gunner DONE + yard work DONE
Tues--walk gunner NOT DONE (rain) + gym NOT DONE
    Wed--walk gunner RAN OUTSIDE INSTEAD
Thurs--walk gunner DONE + gym NOT DONE
    Fri--rest day WALKED GUNNER
    Sat--Animal House Shelter 5k DONE
    Sun--walk gunner + gym

    5/26 = 3 miles

    5/28 = 3 miles
    5/29= 2 miles
    5/30= 2 miles

I love my new job. The teacher I work with is so nice as are all of her aides. I have only been in the school for 4 days and already feel like I am a part of the school. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is so warm and welcoming. They greet me by name when they see me in the morning. It really makes a difference. The other school that I am in for the afternoon is quite different. Granted I am there at an odd hour but the staff does not seem to be as friendly. My student is definitely a handful but warmed up to me rather quickly. He is a really sweet child. When I return from lunch he waves at me and says "You came back!" and will pull up my chair to his desk so I can sit next to him. He does have some challenging behaviors due to his diagnosis that interfere with him learning that we are working on. We had field day yesterday and I was very concerned because he tends to have the most difficulty in less structured environments. He did a great job!

I was surprised when I synced my Fitbit yesterday that my miles were not more. We had field day over at one of my district's high schools on the fields. The fields are huge. It was a full morning of non-stop walking.

    My Miles
    5/1 - 3.41 miles
    5/2 - 3.74 miles
    5/3 - 6.92 miles
    5/4 - 2.13 miles
    5/5 - 4.73 miles
    5/6 - 5.64 miles
    5/7 - 4.39 miles
    5/8 - 3.28 miles
    5/9 - 2.91 miles
    5/10 - 4.53 miles
    5/11 - 4.47 miles
    5/12 - 4.08 miles
    5/13 - 3.1 miles
    5/14 -2.23 miles
    5/15 - 2.11 miles
    5/16 - 1.42 miles (laziest day ever!)
    5/17 - 3.24 miles
    5/18 - 7.37 miles
5/19 - .79 miles (Fitbit died, should be more)
5/20 - 2.54 miles (Fitbit charging, should be more)
    5/21 - 3.37 miles
    5/22 - 2.2 miles
    5/23 - 4.07 miles
    5/24 - 3.32 miles
    5/25 - 4.78 miles
    5/26 - 2.15 miles
    5/27 - 1.99 miles
    5/28 - 2.95 miles
    5/29 - 3.48 miles
    5/30 - 3.75 miles
5/31 - 1.36 miles (Exhausted today - lounged on the couch all day)

    Total:106.45 miles

After looking at my total miles for the month I decided I am going to aim for 130 miles in June. With my new schedule I have not decided when I am going to fit in exercise. I am going to play around with it for a bit and see if I can get in strength training a few mornings before work. If not I will have to do my routine when I get home from work but I was hoping to get in some cardio after work to help prepare for September.

    Today's miles: 3.45
Well, if I behave very often like I did today it will be no mystery why I am not losing. Saturday always starts out high with waffles and hot chocolate. It was all downhill from there. I made three pies, and my son made ribs for dinner. Oh, dear. I did invite the family over to help eat the pies, but there is still too much left.
We went for a good walk before we ate the pie.
Hope you are all having a good weekend.

My final numbers for May. Based on my rough estimates I am really close, I either just made my goal or I fell just short!

    5/26 - 0.25
    5/27 - 1.65
    5/28 - 0.99
    5/29 - 1.32
    5/30 - 0.96
    5/31 - 4.16

If I just made it, that would be the first MFP goal I've set and accomplished so woohoo for me!! If I fell short, well at least I didn't quit so woohoo for me!!

I am sticking with the same goal for June. I know I should be challenging myself by bumping it up to a higher number but I just don't want to set myself up for failure. It is just so hot to do anything and our pool has been closed, AGAIN! Plus since I have been in this "fitness funk" lately the weight has really dropped off (over 2 lbs a week for the last 2 weeks). Go figure! I have never eaten all my exercise calories back so I am not sure what I was doing wrong and until I figure it out, I'm not going to stress about my fitness anymore.

So, June goal = 60 miles

I hope everyone is having a great weekend. I will try to come back later for personals!

Good morning. I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend. I had a nice day yesterday just running errands with the family and then a backyard bbq, that I had plenty of calories left for, at the end of the day. My hubby is home. Him and the kids conspired to surprise me with him coming home one trip early and the kids getting him from the airport. Needless to say a great surprise. We have a real fun day planned. We are going to the ocean for a couple of hours for some fun, sun, and a nice picnic. I am suffering form some horrible feelings of guilt today. The puppy goes into the vets tonite to be dropped off for an early morning neuter tomorrow. The guilt stems from the fact he has never been gone from me more then a few hours, he has never been kenneled, and then lets face it they are cutting off his balls. While I know this is for the best and the responsible thing to do it still seems mean:noway:

Sunday share since I havent done it in awhile. My name is Tammy and I am a mother to three grown children though 2 still live at home until they get some money saved. They are looking to get a place together for a couple of years so they can continue to save while getting settled into their professions. My oldest works over by Seattle and her and her fiancee just bought their first home. I also have a wonderful husband of twenty years. He is an engineer on a fishing processor boat out of Alaska in the bearing sea. This means he is gone several months at a time and them home for a month or two straight. I have been somewhat overweight since puberty and then with each pregnancy it would get worse and then some health problems 5 years ago just sent it careening out of control. The dr's never did figure out what the cause of my debilitating chronic pain was from but I have actually been able to bring it mostly under control with some big changes in my diet. These had the bonus side effect of me starting to lose weight and then I discovered MFP and havent looked back in the last year and a half.

Well I hope you all get out today and have some fun. If you cant I will have some for you.:flowerforyou:  :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

    Good morning!

@tammy--you are doing what's best for Zeus. He will be much happier and healthier, so don't feel guilty. :flowerforyou: It's nice that your DH surprised you.

@kelley--great job on your May mileage.

@tanya--I also prefer running in the afternoon or evening vs. the morning.

@robinB--If you weren't eating back your exercise calories, it's possible you weren't getting enough calories which is why you weren't losing. Now that you've slowed down the fitness, your body is getting enough fuel which speeds up your metabolism, hence the loss. Just a theory, but you may want to test it out by eating back exercise calories on the days you work out.

@kaye--we all have those days. :ohwell:

    @fera--yay for the fitbit!

@nettie--glad you are enjoying your new job--it's awesome when you work have wonderful colleagues and students. I don't always love the administrators at my school, but I have the BEST co-workers, and some pretty great students which is why I stay.

AFM--nice relaxing night with friends last night. We were all exhausted so got to bed pretty early which was great b/c I needed a good night's sleep. Today, I will head to my godson's engagement party this afternoon and then grade. As you can see from below, I never finished the research papers yesterday. :ohwell:

    Grading Goals:
    1.45/52 Junior research papers

Thurs--walk gunner DONE + gym NOT DONE
    Fri--rest day WALKED GUNNER
    Sat--Animal House Shelter 5k DONE
    Sun--walk gunner + gym

    Goal Mileage: 80 Miles

    5/26 = 3 miles

    5/28 = 3 miles

    Good Morning Everyone!

Sunday Share – Hi! I’m Jenn, I live in the Heart of Dixie (Alabama), and share my life with the Hubby of nearly 17 years at the end of the month and 3 cats (Teensy, Arnie & Moo). I’ve been heavy all my life, and have been on one diet or another off and on since I was 8 years old. Of course, they didn’t work, so I’m here with my MFP family on Robin’s Thread. I’ve lost 50# since the first of the year and have many more to go, but I’m doing it right this time and not letting every slip up knock me off the path to a healthy me! I love all things crafty, mostly paper crafting and crochet. I love to read anything that has a good story to it. I’m a bit of a geek when it comes to Sci Fi and fantasy fiction. Love me some Vampires (Not so much the sparkly kind!), LOTR, GOT, The Doctor, and all that other supernatural stuff. I work nights as a nurse to pay for all my loves! I try to look on the bright side of life because it’s much nicer out here than inside the shell I carried growing up. If you are new to MFP and especially Robin’s Thread, Welcome! You have found the place where we are all “Like You” in some way, and have dealt with some of the same things you have in life. We are here for each other, so don’t be a wall flower, jump on in and see how Fantastic this community can be! Trust me, it works! Did I say that I tend to ramble?

Congratulations to Everyone for all their hard work this past month! We have certainly Walked It Out! Woot!

I’m just hopping on to finish up my miles for the May Challenge and to let y’all know that Hubby’s birthday, although not exactly what we had planned, was pretty awesome after all! I went WAY over on calories for the day, and ate birthday cake, and other yummy things, and probably gained three pounds or more because of it. Yeah, I’m going to give myself a few days to balance all those calories out before I even attempt to weigh again! :noway:

@ Tom – Well, we didn’t end up taking Hubby to Dram for his birthday after all. Someone… not saying who… didn’t look as well at the website as he thought and didn’t realize that we needed a reservation. Oops! There was drinking, but not the kind he was hoping for. We will attempt Dram again on down the road. :drinker:

In the middle of the day yesterday my Mom called with news that she has a leak in her slab foundation that is coming up in the bedroom that I sleep in when I visit. I’m heading up there tomorrow to help her get this all figured out. At least she already has a plumber lined up that has the tools to go through the slab and can get the work done. I guess even houses start falling apart at 40. :ohwell:

    Have a great Sunday Y’all!
    Jenn :flowerforyou:

Jenn- Foundation problems are so frustrating! I hope the plumber is able to get your mom's house all fixed up. Glad to hear you and your husband had fun celebrating his birthday.

Skinnyjeanz- Sometimes sleep is more important than grading. Hope you have a nice time at the engagement party and the shoes are comfy! Nice job on your 5K, too!

Tammy- It's so hard to take our furbabies and human babies in for stuff like that (not that I had my kids fixed...lol...but, they have had surgical stuff done). I hope Zeus does well away from home. He will still love you when he gets back!

    Dustipaul- Welcome! :flowerforyou:

Kah- Great job on your miles!

Tanya- It's June and you're off and running already. Good job! I am more of a morning runner, but I will be out this afternoon since I slept in this morning and then had to get to work.

RobinB- Woo hoo! You met your goal/didn't quit! I think it's fine to set the same goal for next month. Like you said, you won't set yourself up to fail, and when you surpass it, that will just be a bonus!

Kaye- Everyone needs pie sometimes. :ohwell:

FeraFilia- Yay for your new toy!

Nettie- So glad your new job is going well! Your student sounds like a sweetheart.

AFM- I took my monthly measurements this morning and I am down 7 inches overall this month. I am up a pound from last week, but down half a pound overall this month, so still slowly headed in the right direction.

Sunday Share: My name is Amanda. I'm 34 years old, live in Wisconsin, work in the lab at a group of medical clinics, and have been married for 7 years, with two wonderful children, a daughter (age 6) and a son (age 5). I started MFP in December 2012, lost about 40 lbs in the first half of 2013, and got off track after taking on a new position at work with added responsibility and stress. Stress-ate my way back up on the scale, but managed to keep off 16 lbs. I found this thread at the beginning of 2014, and it has really helped me to stay on track. I'm back down to where I was in July of last year. I'm hoping to continue the trend!

    My June Goals:
    1. Get more sleep....which means go to bed earlier, lady!

I will get 7 hours of sleep at night, at least 20/30 days this month.

    2. Mileage Challenge....I am taking part in a challenge at work that allows us to count all our steps during the day, so I'm going to switch on here from counting just exercise miles to all miles throughout the day. My 10K is on 6/14, then I'm transitioning into my half-marathon training schedule. I'd also like to do 30DS one day per week and get out on my bike more.

My total miles for June will meet or exceed: 130 miles

    Happy June, Everyone!

Happy Sunday, everyone! I am officially 1.5 lbs closer to my goal as of today.

    Sunday sharing? Hmm... well, okay.

I'm 32, single, no kids and live with my family to help care for my elderly Mom and help my special needs sister. I've been heavy almost all of my life. I typically lost enthusiasm for most previous weight loss attempts fairly early in, as I would feel too deprived or would feel dejected when someone would make fun of me for even trying. (Stupid, I know.) I had a long battle with self hate, which has basically ended with the beginning of this year, what with my resolving to be nicer to myself. It feels like finally getting a drink of water after wandering in the desert. In another life, I was a nurse. The "Nurses eat their young," saying is far too true. I walked away from that, as I couldn't put up with it anymore. So, I am trying to decide what to do with myself now. :frown:

Probably a wee bit too much, but eh.

I love to read anything that has a good story to it. I’m a bit of a geek when it comes to Sci Fi and fantasy fiction. Love me some Vampires (Not so much the sparkly kind!),

Hey me, too! I love the Anita Blake series, or at least I have enjoyed the first dozen of them, I have some catching up to do. Part of my motivation for weight loss is every 10 pounds, I get to buy a new book. :D (My favorite two series though, are by Sherrilyn Kenyon... romance-y but her characters are so snarky! I love them. Both Dark Hunter and The League - it's got a futuristic/sci-fi feel to it about a bunch of trained assassins)

Sunday Share - My husband and I just celebrated our 3rd anniversary, and I (re)started losing weight shortly before that as an attempt to curb my awful habit of stress-eating, and also to get to a healthier weight for pregnancy so we can start a family. My husband just graduated from seminary and because of that, we are now suffering through stress of the call process, which basically means, I have no idea where I'm living next month! Yes, I will be a pastor's wife, and I hate that it makes people hold their tongue around me as if I'd be offended by raunchy jokes. I was raised by bikers, I come from a military family, spent most of my adult life in a navy town, *and* for a very long time worked with construction workers... To say I'm not easily offended would be an understatement. :)

Just popping in and updating the May Miles.

Robin B-You did meet your goal and are over by .17 miles-Congratulations.:drinker:

Tanya- did you have any miles for 5/31? I saw the June 1st numbers but did not see the 31st. :noway:

Tom- You always find the best animations to celebrate accomplishments- If you can find a few award animations that would be great. I plan to have some fun with them once I post the final stats for May. Thank you.

I am waiting a few more people to report their final numbers for May. So hopefully that will be completed by Tuesday. We are currently over our goal by 107.42 miles. :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

I will start putting together the June spread sheet tomorrow.

I did get in some great exercise today- went kayaking for 2 hours and completed about 4.25 miles. It was a beautiful day on the water.

@fera--as an English Lit teacher, I  that you reward yourself with books! I also like sci-fi/fantasy though I rarely have time to read anything that isn't in my curriculum. Every summer I try to read at least one or 2 books just for fun. This summer I hope to read the third Hunger Games.

@mzfrizz--I think not being selfish enough and taking care of oneself is a common theme for those of us who have let fitness go by the wayside. I've been at this for 3 years and the best lesson I've learned is that I need to make fitness and health a priority. Sometimes that means I say no to work/grading, sometimes I skip family get togethers, sometimes I postpone cleaning the house if it means I get to go to the gym or run a 5k instead. I try not to feel guilty and it's always a balancing game, but being kind to yourself is vital to good health.

@aimee--great job meeting your goals! :drinker:

@amanda--wow, 7 inches down is awesome!!! :drinker: Yes, sleep is so important and I'm a terrible insomniac, so I never seem to get enough. The engagement party was really nice and the shoes were very comfortable.

@jenn--ugh, that stinks about your mom's house. Hope it all gets fixed with minimal hassle and cost. :flowerforyou:

    Sunday Share:
For the newlings--I'm karen, HS English Lit teacher from Chicago. I'm married with one fur-baby--my 8 y/o boxer/shepherd, gunner. I'm just finishing up the school year--can't wait for June 12th!!!

Today I went to an engagement party for my godson who's marrying one of my former students. It was a nice party at her dad's house in the town where I teach. Her older sister was also my student, and another friend who was there was on my yearbook staff, so it was nice to see them.

Afterwards, I went to starbucks to grade and realized I had left the last 7 junior research papers at home. :grumble: Instead, I graded the senior final essays, so at least that's finished. I will have to grade the junior papers at school tomorrow.

For the June Challenge I plan to try for 80 miles before I leave for vacation on June 24th. I'm also doing a 30-day ab challenge a friend posted on facebook. Here's the link if anyone else is interested:
