Hi. Only just discovered this website today and having been to the gym for the first time in months and getting a big shock on the scales I need to start something right now so I'm in!
Starting Weight (On January 8th 2011): 181

Why do you want to lose 50+ pounds?: I want to wear a bikini in the summer!
What are your eating and exercise plans to lose 50+ pounds?: I'm aiming for about 1200 calories a day and will go to dance/exercise classes at least 3 times a week.0 -

Why do you want to lose 50+ pounds?: I need to be healthier and a better role model. Plus, I'm tired of hiding from cameras and deleting pictures of myself. I want my son to be able to look back at his childhood and see me beside him.

Goal by July 1st, 2011 (can be more than 50 lbs, whatever you wish for): to lose the 50lbs and be at 175 (Wow that looks so skinny at the moment)
Why do you want to lose 50+ pounds?: I actually want to lose 75 so this helps me in achieving that goal. I want to get to the average weight so I can look in a mirror and be happy with what I see. To be able to run again and chase my kids without losing my breath.
What are your eating and exercise plans to lose 50+ pounds?: Currently doing a 31 day challenge with Lean Cuisine, I'm also eating fruits, veggies, salads, raisins, TONS of water (which I hate mind you) and skinny cow for dessert. I walk 30 minutes on the treadmill, do leg lifts and twists on a spinning board (not sure if they count but the body feels it)0
