Weigh in at 276. That's 2 pounds lost! Also don't know if it will count, but I got up early this morning and did 45 mins on an elliptical. This would be my third day for the challenge and thus completed. Even if today doesn't count, I'm still proud I did it!
On a side note, I'm going to be using a new scale from now on. Hopefully it won't change things too much.

I can't remember if I signed up for this or not, but I'm actually in the midst of trying to stick to a workout for 90 days!

Not sure if I was supposed to be updating on each of my workout days. Was busy all week so I'm putting it in here now.
Lost 2 lbs for the week.
Did stair climbing on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday with 45 mins of walking on each of those days.
Like I said, was real busy this week since I started a 2nd job so I've barely had any time to rest at all. lol0 -

Risa #2 I'm still here I haven't posted ir anything because Sunday I fell and twisted my ankle and sprang my wrist so not doing anything but laying around. I am still trying to get all my water in and stay under my calories but that hasn't happened but haven't been over by 50 calories yet so don't think I will lose any this week hopefuly I don't gain my lb back.0

#86 weighing in at 192.2.....a little annoyed by not dropping a bigger number....but I'm still working at it. I think that maybe I need to add in some cardio on my weight training days. I might try that this week.0
