I think I am going to try to get in to this group a little bit late!
Too bad I cant count my run from Dec 31st (went 13.1 miles) but I love this idea... so I will have to retrospectively log my exercise this month (unfortunately there hasnt been that much
January 3: Fast walked the hills of Pittsburgh since I was there school for 75 minutes
January 9: Run 6 mile trail run in the snow for 105 minutes
