    Current workouts: Housecleaning. I have currently hurt my knee (wonderful thing to do when you start a diet/exercise routine lol) I am going to start doing sit ups and crunches on a daily basis.

    A friend of mine got me set up with this website and I LOVE IT!! I am still new to it all though so if anyone has any suggestions please feel free to let me know.

    I will say that by 11:30 thismorning I drank 4 cups of water!!! I normally takes all day for me to meet the goal but not today hopefully it stays this easy!!!

    Question:
    Is it bad that Im not eating 1000 calories a day? This week has been hard to eat. I feel full all day. I cant eat anymore. But because of my work out there are more calories to eat. Then with the goal this week of taking 100 calories out each day. Im around 950 today. Yesterday was a bit closer it was around 1100. With the work out. Should i be eating more?

  • #56, spent almost 2 hours at the gym yesterday doing cardio, I even ran 1.25 miles (and I'm not at all a runner! lol)!
    Today, I spent an hour on the ellipticals and had the resistance up between 8-18 (I would switch from 8, to 10, to 8 to 10, then 10 to 12, etc. until I worked my way up to 18) and then did level two of 30 day shred in the evening! I was also under my calorie goal, but not intentionally.

    -got all of my water in and cut 100 calories
