    The cardio, water and situp goals are good for me. On the other hand, cutting 100 calories is going to be pretty tough. As part of the new year I decided to cut my calories by 400-500-ish. I think I'll wait till I hit a plateau to go lower than my currently allotted 1700. Good luck everyone!

    #107 checking in. Drank the water and went for a 4K run (30 mins) this morning. I'm already on 1200 calories so dont think I should cut more calories so I keep burning fat not muscle :) off to bed now and will get up early for my cardio and tack on the sit ups. I'm really close to my mini goal of 154lbs so want to get there this week!!!

    I got some good news!! When I weighed myself this morning, I was 146.2! I'm not sure if I can keep it around that much until Saturday, but it's sure motivating me! Have a great day everyone! :happy:

    Checking in for yesterday. I did awful yesterday :( I did not get anything for yesterday but I did weigh-in this morning and was down another pound! So its back to the grind today to get back on track!

    Current workouts: Housecleaning. I have currently hurt my knee (wonderful thing to do when you start a diet/exercise routine lol) I am going to start doing sit ups and crunches on a daily basis.

    A friend of mine got me set up with this website and I LOVE IT!! I am still new to it all though so if anyone has any suggestions please feel free to let me know.

    2. Doing 25 a day For my goal I upped it From 20 a day. 2/7

    I will say that by 11:30 thismorning I drank 4 cups of water!!! I normally takes all day for me to meet the goal but not today hopefully it stays this easy!!!
