I-I like polls. Will you update us with your findings?

    1) Age: mid-20s
    2) Weight: 122.5lbs
    3) Alberta, Canada (cheers, rugbyplayer!)
    4) Activity Level: Moderate (desk job, 3x a week strength, 2x a week karate, some daily walking)
    5) Workout Frequency: At least 3-5x a week (see above)
    6) Breakfast: Sometimes - working towards no once I can find a good BCAA that I like to do Leangains IF
    6) Biggest Meal: All relatively equal
    7) Meal Frequency: 3 main meals, several snacks as wanted
    8) Water: At least 1L
    9) Deal with Food Temptations: IIFYM (if it fits your macros), but sometimes, I disregard if I'm having a ****ty day. Otherwise, I don't have it near me or just tell myself no. I don't actually want temptations most times and they're easy enough to outlast.
    10) Typical restaurant meal: Not really sure - I eat what I want, but generally order a half order, only eat half or go for a salad/soup or something; but I'd rather skip breakfast/lunch (or both) and eat what I want for dinner.

    4) moderate to advanced exercise i think. i do 30-60 min of cardio 5 days/week. lifestyle (work) is sedentary desk job with me forcing walks at lunch.
    5) 7 days/week (30 minute minimum)
    6) Yes, I eat breakfast everyday
6*) dinner is my largest meal of the day
    7) 3 meals, 2-3 snacks
    8) 48-60+ ounces per day
    9) I deal with food temptations by allowing myself to have 'treats' from time to time. I chose lower calorie/healthier options for sweets and other 'junk' every other day or so in order to keep any cravings low. If I cut things out entirely, I'll want them more.
Thinking of my goals and making sure I'm dehydrated helps me in the moment... usually. !
I also try not to keep 'junk' or REALLY high-calorie/fat, etc food in the house.
    10) typical restaurant meal? depends on where we're going. We only eat out once per week or so, typically that ends up being my cheat day/meal where I eat back my exercise calories earned. I just make sure I log as accurately as possible to hold myself accountable. (Chinese food, I have made changes: I now order from diet menu! Everything else is portion control and rare)!

    1) age: 30's
    2) approximate weight: 274
    3) physical location. VA
    4) activity level: I don't enjoy sweating for the sake of it, so my exercise is basically lifting weights and squats to what is probably a minimal degree...and housework to a major degree. I like cleaning.
    5) How often do you exercise? Doing the stuff I don't like? 5 days a week
    6) Do you eat breakfast? Yes
    6) what is your largest meal of the day? It could be any meal, or snack, on any given day. I don't make any hard and fast rules about it.
    7) how many times a day do you eat? Over 5.
    8) how much water do you drink? Depends on the day, anywhere from 24-100oz, again, no hard and fast rules.
    9) how do you deal with food temptations? I eat whatever I want so I'm not tempted by food, rather I'm tempted to binge and munch for it's own sake. I deal with that by eating protein like tuna or if I need to chew I eat celery or something similar.
    10) what is your typical restaurant meal? Whatever looks the most delicious to me on the menu. And then I log it as best I can and factor it in to my day.

Hope this was helpful for your project.

Lately it's been yellow chicken curry, but pretty much anything that's high in protein and low in calories (for a restaurant) I do lettuce wrapped burgers or grilled chicken generally.

    5) 5-6 days per week
    6) Usually
    6) Variable...I take in the majority of my calories between 1 PM - 9PM
    7) 3 squares as well as pre and post workout nutrition and some grazing
    8) tons...I've never really counted...probably in the general vicinity of a gallon or so; more in the summer, less in the winter
    9) I tend to look at my diet as a whole where nutrition is concerned...I don't see foods as good or bad. I eat all kinds of "bad" stuff...but that doesn't negate the 6-8 servings of vegetables I eat per day or the 2-3 servings of fruit or the 150 grams of protein or the healthy fats I take in with regular consumption of nuts, avocados, olive oil, etc. For me, there are no "temptations" really...food is really just fuel.
    10) I eat out rarely..maybe once or twice per month. Eating out represents an "occasion" for me and thus I eat whatever I feel like eating. I tend towards high quality, locally owned an operated gourmet type of restaurants.
