    I've managed to do water every day so far 3 x 7 but not so good on others

    1 x cutting 100 cals Mon 10th completed

    Sit ups none yet
    Cardio none yet

    There was no way I was going to manage cutting 100 calories yesterday. But I figure I've built up a bit of a buffer with having cut So many the first two days! I'm still trying to figure out where to work in the situps!!

    4. Calories - two bad days, one really good one, back on track for a good one again today!

    Love the challenge here, thanks to so many of you guys who help me stay motivated!

    Saw this post last week but thought it was too late to join. I'm in if there is room for me!

    GW- out of the 200's by April
    I go to the YMCA at least 4x a week. I walk/jog 2 miles on the track and try to get at least 40 mins on the Ellipitcal as well as strength training. Training for my 1st 5K in March!

    I found that it is getting easier to drink the water!! again today I finished 4 cups by noon!!!! I finished 8 yeaterday Im already at 5 for today and im not done.

    Im adding sit ups as long as i can handle them. Today I did the 25 then i finished the work out and then did 15 more!
    I just keep trying!!!

    4. 100 cal cut - ended up way below required cal count 2day due 2 one hour of cardio, about 400
    70 cal cut on 1/10
