    How did you get so much taller? I'm thinking that might work better for me. I'd rather gain some inches in height as opposed to losing these last 10 pounds.

    I weigh 168-172ish depending on the day and wear a size 8-10. I am big girl but I have healthy body fat and lean mass of 125 pounds.Looking to eventually get to my goal weight of 155. Yes, that's an overweight BMI but I will be at 20% body fat! I am 5'5" and I lift heavy, a lot.

    Before and during. Still a work in progress.

    I'm 5'1" and 25 years old. In the first picture I'm about 164lbs and in the second I'm about 158lbs. Goes to show you that on a small frame, 6lbs makes a huge difference.
