Cerakoala, you are absolutely amazing. What was the most useful thing you did to lose your weight? Keep a picture of you on the frig to inspire yourself to NEVER gain it back. Kudos girl, you rock
The most useful is honestly counting calories. Really no different that anyone will tell you Be honest with yourselfa dn record what eat do not cheat yourself by not recording things Even if you have bad days that way you are aware calorie wise what you are eating ont hose bad days. Also, the biggest things keepp going I have had many downs days with eating or stalls etc just kep going pick yourself back up and keep moving toward your goal No matter how many times you fall as long as you get back up you will reach it. Thank you for your compliments that was very sweet0 -

June 27th - 195.0 ~ 13% b.f.0 -
I'm 6'4" tall and 39 years old.
Before at around 530
Still at it but here's a during at around 320 (slightly over two years later).
Great Job you are doing wonderful.0 -
Not five minutes before getting to your post, I was wondering if I should sign up for the 5Ks that I want to run/walk, or if I should volunteer and run/walk next year. Your post has inspired me to just do it. I'll be signing up for two in September and two in October. Such an inspiring post! This is more like my before/during lol. I have a long way to go still. Started out at 410, currently 340, goal is around 150.
400+ lbs, meeting Phil Margera... I was actually a little bigger than him.
Workin' out! Around 375 lbs. First time doin battle ropes at planet fitness lol
At the electric run 5k! Around 340 lbs
I still have nearly 200 lbs I need to lose. But it definitely helps motivate me looking at how far I've already come I never thought I'd be able to complete 2 (or any) 5k's weighing in at over 300 lbs.0 -

Keep up the hard work! You can def. see a differenceThis is taking a lot of courage to post, as I have never posted to any of these forums, I usually just look at them. But I figured I get very inspired by looking at all of you, so hopefully I can inspire someone.
I'm also not sure if I'm even posting these right, so bare with me I will try to fix it if it doesn't show up right.
I'm still a work in progress, have about 34 more pounds to go.
In both photogrids, the left picture was taken on February 3, 2014 at 169.2 pounds and a waste measurement of 35" and the right picture was taken June 6, 2014 at 155 pounds and a waste measurement of 31".
14.2 pound change, 4" waste change. Still have that muffin top, but as I said I'm a work in progress :blushing:

Before: 168 lbs
After: About 130 lbs
My husband is the one who really kicked me into gear as you can see that he has made some amazing physical changes as well
Also just recently starting picking up more on weight training and have seen great transformation physically more so than what the scale reflects.
