    Morning started off with a 1 hr dog walk and 45 minutes of Yoga on the deck. After lunch I hit the gym for some Cardio(30 minutes on the stairmaster and 30 minutes on the Arc Trainer) followed by 30 minutes of Lower Body Weight session.

    I had a great day. Walked 2 miles to the gym. Ran 3.5. Did a chest/back/shoulders workout and then walked 2 miles home.

    I have to ask...What level and workout on the elliptical do you choose? I need to burn 400 calories daily and barely clear 200 on my current elliptical level. Granted I have the strenth training, housework, water, walking etc. But, most of my calorie burn is that machine.

    I'm doing Strongliftts, so Squats, Bench, and Rows. Toss in a walking warmup and then some chasing a 5 year old around before his bedtime...
