What is or was your exercise for the day??

            I have to ask...What level and workout on the elliptical do you choose? I need to burn 400 calories daily and barely clear 200 on my current elliptical level. Granted I have the strenth training, housework, water, walking etc. But, most of my calorie burn is that machine.0

            I'm doing Strongliftts, so Squats, Bench, and Rows. Toss in a walking warmup and then some chasing a 5 year old around before his bedtime...0

            I worked out with my trainer. Leg day! :-) Warmed up with leg extension machine, then did step-ups, sit-downs, another free weight exercise that I forget the name of. I feel like I'm forgetting something. Anyway, 30 minutes. Then I did ten minutes on the stair master; I'm still trying to get the hang of it. Finally 30 minutes on the treadmill; I use the setting where you enter your target heart rate and it adjusts the incline to keep you at that rate.0

            Yesterday I did an hour class in Body Pump - HRM was 333 calories. Today is a rest day, with maybe a Salsa dance class in the evening if they haven't cancelled for the holiday.0

            Leg day today - PB on the squats and dlifts w/ shrug 120lbs 5/5 - also the bul split squats and step ups 43lbs 5/5 - no time for the reverse crunches :grumble:
