What is or was your exercise for the day??

            Started my morning with 30 day shred!0

            Walked three times for 20 minutes each at a decent pace and then have Les Mills BodyCombat after work for an hour!!0

            zumba, zumba hey, followed by weights and 30 mins on the exercise bike x0

            Mondays I do 2 hours of strength training, abs and Zumba.0

            Insanity - Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs. The mister and I usually take a 20-30 minute leisurely walk after dinner as well.0

            45 min full body spin class.0

            M,W,F I do couch to 5k (I'm on week 3). TuThSu I do strength training (5x5). Saturday is my rest day. It's really hot out today so I'm going to do my run at like 8pm.0

            I did 40 miles on my indoor bike/trainer.0

            I rode my bike 26 km (approx. 16 miles). It didn't take super long (1 hour and 15 minutes) and I didn't strain myself to go as fast as I can, but I'm still pretty happy about it seeing as I've been rather inactive the last week or so

            Yesterday was a 'weights' day, so today is a 'cardio' day - 30 minutes on the treadmill, and 30 minutes on the bike.
My cat will supervise all activities and demand payment in the form of food the minute I stop!0 - 
            Today I'm starting my 8 week mentoring program for teaching Zumba, We're starting by teaching a class and I have to do one of the routines. When I get back I'll go to my regular cardio kickboxing class.0

            Did 48 minutes of bodyweight exercises today (yes I timed)0

            4 mintue workout.0

            Walking on the high school track . I don't love it , but it helps me keep track of where I've been and where I am going . This is week 3. Once I get a better pace I want to start walking inthe park.0

            Leg day today - PB on the squats and dlifts w/ shrug 120lbs 5/5 - also the bul split squats and step ups 43lbs 5/5 - no time for the reverse crunches :grumble:

Hey now! Biking home on leg day was definitely interesting - woke up tired and missed doing my run :grumble: Did chin ups and push ups instead.
Biking home again today.0 -

I got home too late to work out last night (12:30), so I did upper body this morning, and I have lower body A tonight.0 -

            An hour of water aerobics this morning....and I was jumping and splashing as much as the instructor!0

            Today's workout was riding my bike to and from work.0

            1 hour at the gym, 30 mins cardio - 10 on treadmill, 10 on elliptical and 10 on bike. 20 mins strength training - on weight machines though! 10 mins assorted exercises including squats, torso twists and leg raises......0

            normally just walking 4-5 miles a day but today adding circuit training class with a friend as a guest at her gym0

            Tuesdays and Thursdays are zumba classes at work. 15 minute walk each way and 45 minutes of class.0
