Today's workout was riding my bike to and from work.0

1 hour at the gym, 30 mins cardio - 10 on treadmill, 10 on elliptical and 10 on bike. 20 mins strength training - on weight machines though! 10 mins assorted exercises including squats, torso twists and leg raises......0

normally just walking 4-5 miles a day but today adding circuit training class with a friend as a guest at her gym0

Tuesdays and Thursdays are zumba classes at work. 15 minute walk each way and 45 minutes of class.0

Thursday i did my first "Hero" crossfit workout... "Bulger"
10 rounds of
150m run
7 chest to bar pullups
7 front squats @115 (scaled from 135)
7 hand stand push-ups
43 minutes of glorious hell....
Sunday i did my first local crossfit partner competition.
did 4 workouts in one day and i'm still feeling it...
workout 1 i completed 42 kettlebell swings at 24kg, 1000m of running and 24 pullups
workout 2 i did about 35 thrusters @95lbs in less than 6 mins (a personal best thruster weight)
workout 3 45 hang power cleans @115lbs and 45 24" box jump overs
workout 4 50 double under skips, 30 deadlifts @135, 20 toes to bars, 15 chest to bar pull-ups, 20 front squats @135, 30 wallballs @20lbs and 30 burpees0 -

Walking, 70 minutes in a hilly part of town. My Fitbit counted it as about 350 cals burned, 3.4 miles walked, and 48 floors climbed.0
