            Thursday i did my first "Hero" crossfit workout... "Bulger"
10 rounds of
150m run
7 chest to bar pullups
7 front squats @115 (scaled from 135)
7 hand stand push-ups
43 minutes of glorious hell....
Sunday i did my first local crossfit partner competition.
did 4 workouts in one day and i'm still feeling it...
workout 1 i completed 42 kettlebell swings at 24kg, 1000m of running and 24 pullups
workout 2 i did about 35 thrusters @95lbs in less than 6 mins (a personal best thruster weight)
workout 3 45 hang power cleans @115lbs and 45 24" box jump overs
workout 4 50 double under skips, 30 deadlifts @135, 20 toes to bars, 15 chest to bar pull-ups, 20 front squats @135, 30 wallballs @20lbs and 30 burpees0 -

            today will be a 45 min cardo workout and a walk to the park with my son .super excited to lose this weight only day two.I'm trying to shed the post baby weight wish me luck

            Today is my Body Pump day at noon.0

            Yesterday was 6.76 miles walking at 3.7 mph, three rounds of HITT (10 exercises, 1 min on, 28 seconds off) and one round of a core challenge.0

            Walking on the high school track . I don't love it , but it helps me keep track of where I've been and where I am going . This is week 3. Once I get a better pace I want to start walking inthe park.

            Its been about 28 days without an off day, my body said NO, so I did some simply accessory stuff, rear delts, and abs.0

            My exercise for today is 30minutes of kickboxing I absolutely love it, it is a complete total body workout with cardio and strength training :-)0

            6.2 mile bike ride last night.
I will probably do a 10 mile ride tonight0 - 
            Last night was a 30 minute body weight workout followed by a 1 mile walk. Tonight will probably be another walk but longer unless my bike gets fixed (or I get another one) where I will go for a ride.0

            Today will be BodyPump. Pump & Shred I think is 35 minutes. Maybe some swimming after.0

            Tempo run on the treadmill - from 6mph to 7.5, 2mph increments every 2 min. start again after 1 min at 7.5, finish at 8mph. 2.75 miles covered in 25 min.

            Cardio day. Zumba if I have time, HIIT if I don't. I need to work off the donuts I ate this morning. Well, one of them, at least.

            Today was cardio day - I did a 37 cardio kickboxing/HIIT routine and a 15 minute feel-good stretching/Pilates routine from FitnessBlender.
Glad to have my one cardio session for the week out of the way. Tomorrow is a lifting day (push press, pull-ups, tricep dips, incline bench press).0 -

            Taught a "Judo for MMA" class this morning, then we did a Shark Tank for 3 of our guys who have fights coming up in the next 2-3 weeks. (Shark Tank is one person fighting someone new every minute)0
