Why do you want to lose 50+ pounds?:I am going to be 40 in August and i am sick of being fat. I just love to eat and eat and eat. I have 5 small kids that i need to keep up with.
What are your eating and exercise plans to lose 50+ pounds?: stay in my calorie range, exercise 6-7 days a week, and incorporate more activity into my normal day (sorry took this from someone), do not snack at my night job! i work 8pm-2am and i snack too much, so i need to stop that!0 -

Well i'm weighing in now. Today i weigh in at 223 so that is a gain but i have had some things happen lately that has stopped me from exercise but i'm motivated and Monday is a new week start and i will burn these lbs. I'm also buying a eliptical machine this week and instead of sitting and watching tv i will work out. lol0

O.k had to buy another scale because the old one did not work anymore, bought the Weight Watcher scale.
According to the new scale my
SW was 288.5
last weigh in 285.5 (jan 7/10)
cw 280.6 (jan14/10)

I started the sweatin to the oldies videos again and I love them ! So far I have burned 2600 so I should have my 3500 burned by tonight if I do his workout today keep up the good work everyone !0

Why do you want to lose 50+ pounds?: I want to lose weight to feel better about myself, to fit into my closet full of too-small clothes, and to have more energy.
What are your eating and exercise plans to lose 50+ pounds?: I plan to eat fast food less often, pack my lunch, drink more water, and cut back on caffeine. I also plan to start exercising, because right now, I'm not exercising at all. I'm just trying to be healthier. :happy:0 -

Oh Wow, I hope I am not too late to join in on this group. It fits in perfectly for me and my weight loss goal. Anyway, I started with MFP a couple months ago and well let's be honest the holidays came and I completely slacked on my weightloss goals. So what weight loss I originally had, I have completely gained back and a few more. I am kinda disgusted with myself and really wanting to change my life. I need motivation to get myself up and maintain in the right direction because I get so frustrated and sometimes bored with the same old things all the time. I suppose I need to spice it up a little hahaha.

See below link of a new realilty show coming A&E. I saw it this morning on Good Morning Amercia!! It looks like it is going to be better than The Biggest Loser because they have built in time for the mental issues that plague the morbibly obese.

Well I'd like to wish everyone GOOD LUCK on this challenge!! I will be removing myself from this group though as I just found out I'M PREGNANT!!! We are ecstatic and although I wanted to be more fit before conceiving we have been blessed and couldn't be happier. I will be using MFP to maintain and will be cheering you all on to reach or go beyond your July 1st goals!!0

here is my weekly weigh in:lost only 1lbs(im at 197),didn't eat healthy because im in a stressful period(exams) and im kind of a emotional eater.but i went to much in the gym n lost 4400kcal!! so this week i'll try to eat a bit better for better result next week.
