AM: 20 min. Barre workout + 15 mins of bodyweight exercises (squats/lunges/calf raises)

Today I will be running stairs.
My current regiment includes a body-weight circuit (squats, lunges, push-ups, planks, jumping jacks, dumbbell rows) and abs. I do this Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tuesday and Thursday I run stairs. I always try to incorporate a little yoga here and there, as well. I don't have a gym membership, so this works for me!0 -

I am in the midst of a 12 hour work day...so not much exercise for me today...i did get a half mile walk in at break though...not as much exercise as I'd have liked. Also going out of my way to walk to the fax machine as much as possible for more steps too

Running on TM, 60 minutes total. 5 minutes warmup, 50 minutes progressive run starting at 6 mph with 0.2 mph bumps every 5 minutes topping out at 7.8 mph, 5 minutes cooldown.0

Saturday: I'm going to a Vinyasa Yoga class and then a Zumba class. Yoga ishelping me with my balance and Zumba is just pure fun. Also I'm continuting to learn the choreography for two routines that I have to show my entor on Tuesday. That will take up the rest of the cay.0
