Tonight is Cardio Kickboxing day.
Plus I'm meeting with my Zumba teaching mentor and doing one of her classes, then demonstrating two routines I developed over the last week.0 -
Goal every week:
swim laps for 40 minutes every day, WO with the trainer 2 x week, 3 - 45 minute walks, one Les Mills class

Treadmill Interval Training: 3 min warm up (4.8kph 10º), Running 10,11,12,14kph 0º each 1 min interval with 1 min walking 5.6kph 0º in between then cooling down for 3 min.
Vigorous pull-ups for about 9 min (10x then break for 10 sec each iteration)
Vigorous sit-ups for about 10 min (100x then break for 10 sec for 3 reps)
Tomorrow is my favorite: Boxing day0 -
TRX for 45 min. Elliptical for 20 min.0

Exercising your horse is DEFINITELY exercise. Anyone who has ever ridden a horse knows how it feels to get off and be like "OOOhhh, my whold body is sore." Even inexperienced riding. I'm so jealous you have a horse.0 -

Today's a rest day, so my only exercise will be walking flights of stairs (108 stairs, up and down at work, about 3 times each), and stairs at home (14 stairs, probably will be up and down those 5 or 6 times tonight).0

Today I walked for 30 minutes at 3.5 mph. Yesterday did a BowFlex 45 minute work out 11 exercises, 50 reps each. I alternate cardio days and strength. Weekends just walk or bike. Lost 40 lbs Since January.0

C25K today (Week 2 Day 1)... I must admit I really really really didn't want to go but I made myself do it and I am thankful that I did!!
This is my 2nd time doing the program.. but 1st time since having my daughter 3 1/2 months ago.. since it's so hot here during the day I run on the treadmill at a 1.0% incline.0 -
HASfit beginner strength workout on youtube, plus 50 wall pushups and 50 crunches as well as 15 minutes on the elliptical alternating high and low resistance.0
