Since I had my scale set-back I am even more motivated this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's hard realizing you are actually 10 pounds heavier (see my blog from 1-14-110 Let's beat 95 pounds next week!! and to those that haven't given me their weights, are you still in the challenge? I can always take names off.0 -

I am new to MFP and was looking for a good starting goal. I like the three month challenge idea, so count me in!

I'm still in on this but I may be a bit late with updating my weight -- I like to weight myself in the morning, in my underwear, and with a roommate, this is a bit iffy :laugh:0

I have just gotten back to tracking on MFP and would love to join your challenge. I have been weighing in on Fridays so I can post those weights for you later. I have been so unmotivated and frustrated. I have let myself gain back a lot of the weight I lost a couple years ago. READY TO GET THIS WEIGHT BACK OFF!0

You can get back on track!!! Forgive yourself and move on! I too had lost a load of weight and have put a lot back on. In 2002 I reached my goal after having lost 125 pounds,I did some commercials promoting the weight loss plan and now have gained more than half of it back. This is a journey to health and starts with the first step.
My goal for today is to get in at least 10 glasses of water, I am doing well with my food plan and exercise but water is soo important for weight loss.Have a great day all!0 -

Happy Monday After all the weights were in (well most, some have dropped off the face of the earth the total # of pounds lost by us in ONE week was 104.9!! yay! The top 3 % losses belong to 1. cupcakelover103, 2. glitterballv, 3. mom2boys2011 CONGRATS everyone! Keep up the good work!0

There are 56 of us so that'd be a 1.9# average. However about 7 people haven't given me their weights yet so it's in as a zero!0

my first day of FINALLY doing the cardio kickbox and for a 30 min workout i burned 105 calories...SWEATED LIKE CRAZY towards the end....UNFORTUNATELY though i didn't make it to the self workout...
